Welcome to Phillips Ranch, owned by twin brothers Tim and Todd Phillips. Tim and his wife Lisa have three children; Chandler, Colton, and Skylar. Todd and his wife Debbie have three children as well; Cole, Tiffany, and Brittany.
Tim and Todd are the owners of P & S Paving Inc. in Daytona Beach, Fl. Our family has been in the roadway and construction business for over twenty years now. Although running a paving company has been our main objective, we have always had the dream of owning our own cattle ranch. We are thrilled that this has now become a reality and we hope you follow our success on this new adventure.
